Our Commitment
DellaCare LLC (d/b/a DellaCare Herbal Health) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures Taken
DellaCare Herbal Health takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the website
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard-navigable interface and interactive elements
- Alt text for images and meaningful link descriptions
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Voice interface (Della AI) as an alternative input method
- Clear, readable typography with adequate font sizing
AI Accessibility
Our Della AI supplements guide is designed with accessibility in mind. The voice input feature provides hands-free interaction. All AI responses are delivered as readable text. Response cards use sufficient contrast and structured layouts for screen reader compatibility.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations. The voice recognition feature requires browser support for the Web Speech API or ElevenLabs integration. Some interactive animations may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Third-party content accessed through affiliate links is governed by those sites’ accessibility policies.
