They are not medical, nutritional or health advice, and they may contain mistakes. Della is designed to recommend DellaCare’s own kits. Live conversations with Della are processed and may be recorded and transcribed by our service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Orders and Payment
DellaCare sells its wellness kits directly on dellacare.com. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is made through Stripe’s secure checkout; during our launch period, payments are processed by our parent company, RSAAID LLC. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete. We may cancel an order and give a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping
Shipping is free to addresses in the United States. Kits ship after payment is complete, and we email tracking information when your kit is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
Because our kits contain consumable products, we can accept returns only of unopened products in their original packaging. Contact us at info@dellacare.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. If your kit arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the affected items or refund you. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
Monthly Refills
When monthly refills are offered, choosing a refill plan authorizes us to charge your payment method each month at the refill price shown when you sign up, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. We will tell you in advance about any change to the refill price.
Product Information and Brands
Our kits contain products made by independent brands. We describe each product as accurately as we can, but manufacturers may change their labels or formulas, so always read the label on the product you receive.
