DellaCare LLC (“DellaCare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as DellaCare Herbal Health, a subsidiary of RSAAID LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit dellacare.com, create an account, talk with Della, or order a wellness kit, and how we use, share and protect it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not show third-party ads on our site.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and password. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, so no one at DellaCare can read it. If you place an order, we also collect your phone number (optional) and shipping address, and we keep your order history and the kits you save.
Payment Information
Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s secure checkout page. DellaCare does not receive or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the order it belongs to. During our launch period, payments are processed through our parent company, RSAAID LLC.
Conversations with Della
Della is our AI wellness guide. When you type a question, we send the text to our AI provider to create her answer. When you talk with live Della, your microphone audio is streamed to our voice and video providers so Della can hear you, turn your speech into text, and answer out loud. Della can hear you, but she does not use your camera and cannot see you.
Transcripts and audio recordings of live conversations may be kept by our voice provider and reviewed by DellaCare to provide the service, check quality and safety, and fix problems. When you tap “Ask Della” on a kit, the question is played to Della as a short spoken clip.
Health Information You Choose to Share
If you tell Della about medications, health conditions, pregnancy or upcoming surgery, that information is used to answer you and, where needed, to run an interaction safety check through our AI provider. Please share only what is needed for your question. DellaCare is not a healthcare provider and is not covered by HIPAA, but we protect this information as described in this policy.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site. For live Della sessions we also log technical details such as connection status and video quality so we can troubleshoot problems, and we use IP addresses to limit how many live sessions can be started in a short time.
How We Use Your Information
- To run your account, process and ship your orders, and send order and account emails (such as email confirmation, password resets, payment receipts and tracking updates)
- To power Della’s answers and medication safety checks
- To provide customer support
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems
- To improve our kits, Della and the website
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in; you can opt out any time
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with companies that help us run DellaCare, and only as needed for the service they provide:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI used for Della’s answers and safety checks
- ElevenLabs — Della’s voice, speech recognition and live conversations
- Anam — Della’s live video
- Hostinger — website hosting, database and email
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your kits
- RSAAID LLC — our parent company, which supports operations and, during our launch period, processes payments
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the business.
Cookies and Browser Storage
We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your account, and short-term storage that remembers simple choices such as ending a conversation with Della. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep account information while your account is open. Order records are kept as long as needed for shipping, customer service, and tax and accounting requirements. Conversation records are kept by our providers under their retention settings. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are required to keep it.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption on every page, store passwords only in hashed form, and keep our customer database outside the public web folder. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
You can view and update your profile in your account dashboard at any time. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account by emailing privacy@dellacare.com. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
